Hi there.

I make up 50% of Aycliffe Podcast. Presenting a weekly(well as near to every week) podcast with Alasdair.

We started podcasting in 2005 as a bit of a laugh and as we enjoyed it so much and got to interact with people (neither myself or Alasdair don't get out much) we decided to keep it going.

We met in 2002, where we were both working for a local hospital radio station and it took off from there. We are the incompatible presenters for a podcast. He is old(well in his 30's but it seems old) and grumpy  and i'm a insomiac work aholic who hasn't learned how to slow down yet. 

Both of us have a background in radio (but its no fun playing by rules). Podcasting is a far more creative and flexible medium and the best bit ANYONE CAN DO IT!!!

Whether you have a fancy pants studio or a cheap microphone you bought down the market YOU can speak to the World!

I love listening to podcasts so if you offer something a little different to what the stale radio industry has to offer please let me know.
